AOLTD INTERACTIVE (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy applies to CUBLY and any future titles or related services we release under the AOLTD name.

Depending on how you use our apps or services, we may collect:

• Username, profile name, and email address (when you create an account)
• Login credentials, handled securely through our authentication provider (Supabase)
• Game progress, achievements, and related save data
• Device information (such as model, operating system, and app identifiers)
• Approximate location at country level only, where needed for service operation
• Where enabled in a product, limited gameplay or usage data used to improve stability and experience
• Advertising-related data only when you choose to watch a rewarded ad

Guest or anonymous sign-in may be available. Some online features may require a registered account.

2. How We Use Information

• Create and manage accounts (including guest/anonymous sessions where offered)
• Save and sync progress across devices where that feature is available
• Operate multiplayer, social, or community features when a title includes them
• Show optional rewarded advertisements only when you choose to view them
• Improve reliability, performance, and gameplay where analytics are enabled
• Maintain security and help prevent abuse or fraud

3. Third-Party Services

Our products may rely on trusted third-party services that process data under their own policies:

• Supabase — authentication, data storage, and backend services
• Google AdMob — optional rewarded advertisements (only when you choose to watch an ad)

We encourage you to review those providers’ privacy documentation if you want more detail about their practices.

4. User-Generated Content

Where a product allows it, players may create text-based content such as display names, messages, or group names. You are responsible for what you share. We may remove content that violates our Terms of Use or applicable law.

5. Data Sharing

We may process or share data with the service providers listed above as needed to run our apps (for example Supabase for accounts and saves, and AdMob when you opt into a rewarded ad). We do not sell your personal information.

6. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account or personal data by contacting us. We will handle requests in line with applicable law and our technical capabilities.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our products are intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information we process. No online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date and may notify users through the app, website, or store listing where appropriate. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
