Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of CUBLY and any future titles or related services offered by AOLTD INTERACTIVE (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our games or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Accounts

You may create an account using a username and/or email address. Guest or anonymous access may also be available. Some online features may require a registered account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

2. User-Generated Content

Where a product allows it, players may create text-based content such as display names, messages, or group names. You are solely responsible for what you post. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Player Conduct

When using our games or services, you agree not to:

• Harass, bully, or threaten other players
• Share personal information of others without consent
• Cheat, hack, or deliberately exploit bugs
• Use bots or automated scripts to gain an unfair advantage
• Impersonate other players or staff
• Spam or disrupt gameplay or community features

Where chat or similar features exist, they are limited to the channels provided in the product.

4. Virtual Items & Purchases

Some products may offer virtual items or in-app purchases. Where purchases are available, they are processed by the platform provider (for example Google Play), are generally final subject to that platform’s rules, and do not have real-world monetary value outside the product. We may modify, balance, or remove virtual items as needed for the service.

5. Advertisements

Optional rewarded advertisements may appear only when you choose to view them. These may be served by Google AdMob or similar partners. We are not responsible for third-party ad content.

6. Analytics & Data

Where enabled in a product, we may process limited gameplay, device, or diagnostic data (including crash reports) to improve stability and experience. Details are described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms. We may do so as needed to protect players, the service, or our rights, and may not always provide prior notice.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

Our games and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for data loss, device issues, interruption of service, or other damages arising from your use of our products. You use them at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Users worldwide agree that Tanzanian law applies to disputes arising from these Terms, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date and may notify users through the app, website, or store listing where appropriate. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Arbitration

By using our games or services, you agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration in Tanzania, except where local law does not allow this. This is intended to help resolve issues fairly and efficiently.
